Richard Gunasekera is the Director of Graduate Programs – Biomedical/Biological/Forensic Sciences and Professor of Biochemistry and Biology at the University of Houston-Victoria. He has a Ph.D. in biochemical genetics from Baylor University and a fellowship from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
