Includes a preface by Peter A. Tasch. --- A very well-made book, in tan paper-covered boards with Tyler illustrations to covers; backed in reddish-brown cloth with titling on tan spine label & TEG (top edge gilt). Volume housed in heavy-duty tan paper-covered slipcase with titling and Tyler artwork to one panel. --- A clean, tightly-bound, bright copy with a couple of faint scratch to covers, else lacking apparent damages. Slipcase also in great shape but with a couple of tiny scuff marks to front panel.
