"Dattilio, Freeman, and their authoritative contributing authors have done a beautiful job of updating this comprehensive book. The result is an excellent, thoroughgoing review of the main psychological problems in crisis intervention and related fields. If there is anything important that is missing from this unusual compilation of various modes of crisis intervention, I couldn't find it. A remarkably good anthology!" Albert Ellis, PhD, The Institute for Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy
