Vani Devi. I took my Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training at the age of 52 and have now been teaching for 15 years. I am fortunate enough to live in an area that is overflowing with yoga. My book includes ideas I have gleened from may different teachers and sources. My first career was in singing and guitar playing, teaching and performing. However, I had a bad speech problem and went to a Harley St. speech therapist at the age of 44. She said, 'I can't do anything for you but I suggest you take up yoga'. That was the best advice I have ever received.
