Dr Ron Dawson has been a teacher, educational and research psychologist, LEA Inspector and Adviser, and Registered OFSTED Inspector. He has written numerous academic articles and books including two 'fun' books to assist childrens' handwriting skills. ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR Sue Burleigh has an established a sound record as a cartoonist and illustrator. For many years her lively and creative cartoons on the vicissitudes of nursing and rural life appeared regularly in the Western Gazette . Her cartoons have been published in Punch and other national magazines.
