The class uses easy to follow expert tuition to instruct simple postures that will improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus. These benefits will make a real difference to your ability on the water and will also reduce the risk of injury. Yoga for the Surf Vol.1 is a practical and effective yoga class that can be used again and again to improve your performance on the water and it is also ideal to use after a session to stretch and relax your body. The class starts with a short relaxation session to focus your mind and prepare the body for the 18 simple and effective postures that follow. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions which are combined with a subtle atmospheric background music track. The class then ends with a short relaxation session that will leave your body and mind feeling relaxed and tuned. The class is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each yoga posture included. Sue has been teaching both Hatha and Sivananda yoga for over 15 years.
