An Incredible Retro Sci-Fi Super-Hero Epic. The Story: Snatched from his own world and plunged into an interplanetary war between chaos and order Sean must fulfill an ancient prophecy and become the SOLITAR! But is he destined to be the saviour or destroyer of the Psychodialetical Universe?! A small group of humans and aliens fight side by side in a war against the Chaosics, beings of great power which threaten natural order in the universe. They are impossible to fathom in human terms and thrive on and desire what human reason percieves as a state of chaos. Moving erratically from planet to planet they transform each world upon arrival resulting in insanity and death for the original inhabitants. Our heroes attempt to thwart the Chaosics progress and save one of their own...but can they do this and more importantly should they? Some members of the team are begining to wonder! This book has 50 interior pages and a wraparound card cover. It features a 42 page saga The Solitar Genesis plus a special 8 page story Flashback/Coda revealing how Sage the warlock/scientist saved Seraphim the alien angel from the evil of Soldark and the Chaosics! If you enjoyed the original Star Trek TV series, Star Wars films or the Marvel comics of the late '60 and early '70s you'll like this book.
