Bryce Merlin lives in Southern Ohio and writes about the people, pets, and events that are important to him. From a tiny Chihuahua, Jackie, to memories of an old dog, Buster . . . from a story about an unlikely friendship between a giant and a midget . . . to thoughts on being in Manhattan on September 11th . . . this book gives one a glimpse into a unique young man's thoughts. It emphasizes the importance of friends, family, and the happiness and security that can come from a loving and stable environment. Bryce Merlin is twenty-three years old and has enjoyed discovering the beauty and seasons of Southern Ohio, having moved there in 2000. He likes to spend time with his friends at a monthly dance, browsing flea markets, listening to music, watching game shows, going to movies, making scrapbooks, and being with friends, family, and pets. This book was published with a grant from the Ohio Arts Council.
