Roosevelt as a means of creating work for artists and bringing art to the rural population during the Great Depression. The artwork includes murals (oil on canvas and frescos) and sculpture (reliefs and a few freestanding sculptures). This collection of 7 books has photographs of most of the artwork in Illinois.
