Review:

I love everything about this book. When I first looked through it, I was very skeptical and only wanted to try the safe recipes, like the fabulous Fudgy No Bake Cookies pictured below. After tasting how good these were and seeing how easy they were to make, I ventured further into trying new things. My biggest surprise yet was how delicious the Alfredo sauce was, even though it is completely vegan. No dairy, which means no cheese or rich fatty cream, but it was delicious! In fact, my whole family loved it, and my husband said he never would have known it was vegan if I wouldn't have told him. My fav, fav, favorite is the vegan lasagna, which is to die for!!! So yummy and good for you!! Every recipe I have tried in this cookbook has been easy, delicious beyond my expectations and very healthy! I highly recommend Give Them Something Better. --Your World Natural
