Marcia Ballinger is a principal at KeyStone Search, a prominent Twin Cities–based executive search firm. She has been in executive recruiting for over fifteen years, and is a frequent speaker on behalf of the industry. Marcia attended the University of Minnesota and holds a BS in business and MA in speech communication. She has a PhD in organization and management from Capella University, where she now serves on the board of directors. Marcia lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with her husband, daughter, and two French bulldogs. Nathan Perez is vice president of research at KeyStone Search where he leads all candidate research strategy for client engagements. Before serving as a key research member in two national search firms, Nathan spent two decades in the arts. An accomplished actor and writer, Nathan’s performance credits include legit Off Broadway stage, star and guest star turns in film, and national daytime and prime time television. Nathan is a proud member of the Actors’ Equity Association, Screen Actors Guild, and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). In his free time he continues to write long-form fiction and edit the screen and stage plays of his former writing colleagues in Hollywood and New York.
