Moore MS, RD, CDE is a registered dietitian, Duke-certified integrative health coach, and certified diabetes educator who is passionate about using self-care strategies for personal and professional wellbeing. She has been a manager and nutritionist in healthcare, spa, and resort settings; mind-body skills researcher and has led seminars and workshops with Fortune 500 companies and yoga retreat centers.

A contributor to several nutrition and integrative health textbooks, Moore has also authored wellness programs for various universities and a retirement resort. She is the founder of the Hygeia Center for Wellbeing, an online resource for practicing the skills of preventive self-care.
