Sinossi

Are you tired of chasing symptoms? Are you sick of feeling stressed and depressed? Are you feeling fatigued, achy, or brain-fogged? Are you experiencing weight-loss-resistance? All too often, we automatically allow ourselves to be prescribed pharmaceuticals, when there could be healthier alternatives available. Underlying conditions can hide in plain sight, making us sick without our knowledge. That’s what Karen Thomas found out the hard way. In Overwhelmed & Undernourished: Use Food as Medicine and Turn Your Life Around, Karen will take you through her journey as she describes how stress thrust her body into a downward spiral of worsening illness, and how she pulled herself back out. Having to find her own way, after mainstream medicine left her feeling worse and not better, she had more questions than answers. Finally finding the education she needed on nutrition and wellbeing, she began using the medicinal powers of food to heal herself—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
