My name is Martin. I feel strongly attracted to the human side of teams and organizational behavior. I am a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). I had the chance of having worked with clients of all sizes in America and Europe. I am a frequent speaker and facilitator of sessions in various international conferences on Agile and Scrum. I’m passionate about human relationships, participatory and transformational learning, and self-organization. My attention is currently focused on coaching, both at the executive level and at the enterprise level, and creating environments where individuals learn the most and challenge themselves. In June 2009, I founded Kleer, a company of which I am part today. Alongside professionals who I admire, on a daily basis, we conduct our business with the aim to promote and accompany other organizations in their transformation to new and more effective ways of working, innovate and interact with customers.
