Vivian Ching, PhD, is a pioneering thought leader at the intersection of business strategy, creative innovation, and AI in the creative industries. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in business management at Ravensbourne University London, she holds five degrees from prestigious institutions in the United States and the United Kingdom. Her academic achievements include a PhD in quality management, three master’s degrees in engineering, international economic law, and management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Warwick, the University of Bath, and the University of Virginia, respectively.
