It is not enough for the plaintiff 10 say, I have a right to my wages during the time of the embargo, or if I have not, then I am entitled to more wages for coming home. But supposing the contract, was at an end by the embargo, the question will be, Whether such an admitted-and current higher rate of wages took place, as entitled him to receive wages at that rate?
