"' Adjoyning to the North Side of the second Grave-stone abovementioned, is another, having a Brass Plate, bearing the Figure of a Woman in her usual Habit, with the following Inscription under her Feet. Here Here lyeth the 'Body of Anne Sta Verton, 'Daughter, and sole Heire «/ William B A R K E R, the elder. Esquire, deceased, late the Wife of William Staverton, of Okingham, in the County of Berks, Gentleman; by whome he had Tjsue four Sons, viz. Francis, William, George, and John, who departed this World the 21 'pay of Sept. in the Teare of our Lord God 1589. j$ Friend unto the Widdow, fatherless, sick and poore, 4 Comfort and a Succour continued she evermore. Underneath are the Pourtraitures of four Sons.
