Cracking Open is a 130-page, twelve chapter, nonfiction artistic self help journal that is creative and interactive, providing opportunities for self-reflection and transformation. Cracking Open will make you laugh about the idiosyncrasies of life, be aware about the choices we make, and most importantly, recognize that we are never alone on this pilgrimage we call life. This inspiring journal will allow the reader to travel through an intimate self- discovery process around such topics as friendship, marriage, children, and death, realizing that it is in these life situations we all ultimately crack open in order to find our true selves.
