Romance, justice and religion are also commonly recurring themes throughout that give the story a deep emotional vestige.

It is a truly wonderful book that is not to be missed. This series is split into 5 volumes which helps break the story into manageable portions. It is a world famous classic that can be enjoyed by all, whether you are a complete stranger to the world of Les Miserables or an existing fan it is a great edition of a truly fantastic novel.
