Excerpt from The Principles and Practice of Teaching and Class Management
ON the advice of a number of teachers and friends I have added three Appendixes a brief sketch of Mental Science, (2) a short account of the Kindergarten System, and (3) a List of Books of use to the teacher for reference or further reading.
It is hoped that these will add to the usefulness of the book both for examination purposes and as a guide to practice.
