"A lot of fans are going to spend the next few years awaiting a new series. However, I have the perfect solution for those who want their Star Trek fix-go to your nearest bookshop and start reading the many Star Trek novels...I know that some might say that novels are a poor substitute for a live-action TV series, but I disagree. There's a universe of adventure out there...What I'm saying is that the movies and TV shows are not the be-all and end-all. I truly believe that if Star Trek fans were to check out the many novels published, they would be very happy with what they see and it would help pass the time until Star Trek's inevitable return to the big and small screens."
