L'autore:

Sergio Bums was born in Broxburn, just west of Edinburgh. The son of a railroadsignalman and a cook, he left school at 15 to work in a carpet factory beforedrifting between dead end occupations. In his early twenties he returned toeducation eventually gaining a place at the University of Glasgow where hestudied English Literature and Sociology. Sergio has won prizes at the Bridport and Wellington short story competitions, has written ascreenplay for the director Ed Br~ worked for Pearl Catlinproductions on a Channel Four documentary series, and writes the weekly LondonCalling column for Spanish publication The Entertainer. Currently working onhis first novel, he lives in Kilmarnock, Scotland, with his wife Christine.
