Susan Fitzgerald, MA has nearly twenty years of experience in the Office of Student Affairs at the University of Hartford. She served as Assistant Vice President for Student Health and Wellness, and was responsible for counseling services, health services, health education, student activities, students with physical and psychiatric disabilities, and Greek life. She currently serves as Senior Advisor to the President and Associate Secretary of the University, in addition to teaching undergraduate courses.

J. Lee Peters, EdD is the Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at the University of Hartford. He is also a faculty member in the Johnson & Wales Educational Leadership Doctoral Program. Prior to his appointment in Hartford, Dr. Peters was Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Montana State University–Billings. Dr. Peters has served in various student-life positions at Weber State University, Montana State, the University of Alaska–Fairbanks, and others.
