'The absolute joy of these gorgeous titles, collectively called Cozy Classics, which ooze character and creativity on the part of their creators, is that they contain photographs of scenes painstakingly created from felt dolls set up in natural environments. These exquisite characters seem to truly capture the essence of the titles that they represent. Also, a huge bonus, they follow the stories in order through a series of scenes, and whilst the titles do not provide the narrative, they do allow a parent who knows the tales to re-tell them simply and effectively. L'autore

Jack and Holman Wang are twin brothers who grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, where Holman still lives. As well as being the creators of the Star Wars Epic Yarns board books, Jack is a professor of writing at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, and Holman, a former middle school teacher, is an artist and author.
