L'autore:

D.E. Gilmore has lived his life in thirds. The first third was spent growing to maturity as part of a logging family in northern Minnesota. He moved to Chicago to attend college, where he majored in archaeology. D.E. Gilmore lived there for twenty years, working as a village historian, community activist, counselor for juvenile delinquents and probation officer. He also operated a bus, valet and sales company. D.E. Gilmore has lived the last third of his life in Nevada, where he spent twenty two years in law enforcement as a Parole and Probation Officer. He retired as a lieutenant for the Nevada Department of Public Safety in 2009. D.E. Gilmore has written five novels including Dragonkeep, Assassin's End, Confessions of a Serial Killer, Spitcorner Blues, and A Portrait of Murder.
