Working his way through college while employed at a major computer company, John Gliha developed game strategies that he tested at local elementary schools to demonstrate how elementary students could learn basic algebraic concepts in just one hour. Realizing that the industry was already flooded with similar products, he turned his efforts toward a more demanding class of students, adults with overwhelming debt problems. After graduating from college and solving his own debt problems in 1993, John published his research in 1998 under the title "Winning the Collection Game". This part time project evolved into a career of showing people how to solve their debt problems without paying creditors in costly programs such as settlement, consolidation and bankruptcy. Today there are no less than five subtitles of this work that address every type of debt known. John quickly realized after the publication of his first book that people wanted much more, so he formed an organization now called "Zero Debt Guaranteed" that employs many people to work with customers in helping solve their debt problems without expensive payment plans or losing everything they own in bankruptcy. John explains in great detail just how easy it is to prevent bank levies, wage garnishments and even foreclosures and unfair tax collections, not only in his series of publications, but through a unique online service where expert customers help new customers. Over the years John helped break apart the unfair arbitration systems utilized by creditors against consumers and has assisted people in legally avoiding tens of millions of dollars in unfair debt collections, without payment and without filing bankruptcy. His books address tax collection, foreclosure, student and business loans, credit card and debt collector lawsuits, and he says more importantly, planning ahead to protect family property and assets as well as increasing personal net worth through traditional business practices.
