Dr. Leroy Frazier was born in Senatobia, Mississippi. He grew up in DeSoto County Mississippi. He was valedictorian of the Hernando Central High School class of 1970. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Rust College; a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Memphis; and a PhD degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Memphis. He served as a college professor, division chair, dean, provost, executive vice president, interim president, and consultant in colleges and universities for more than 30 years. He is a licensed and ordained minister. He is President of Divine Fulfillment Institute. He is a well sought after keynote speaker in churches, educational institutions, community organizations, businesses, and government. He is the author of six books between 2010 and 2012: “Journey into my Soul”, “Converting Thoughts and Words into Things and Advancements”, “Branded with African Blood”, “Mississippi beneath the Surface”, “Co-Creating my Better Life Now”, and “Nana Kwame Speaks.” Dr. Frazier has connected with his African ancestry in four countries in Africa (Angola, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, and Nigeria). He has lived with his ethnic African tribes throughout the world. His goal is to help develop a progressive and enhanced culture and agenda for Black people throughout the world. Through his non-traditional ministry, he sails into uncharted waters in the unknown and unfamiliar, learns more and more as he sails, and shares his new discoveries with his people at home and abroad. Dr. Frazier is the father of five adult children (four sons and one daughter). He is the grandfather of nine grandchildren (six grandsons and four granddaughters). He is the godfather of hundreds of children throughout the world.
