Instead, she alters and substitutes as she sees fit, using the recipe as a general guideline as opposed to a prescription. When not in the kitchen (or at work), she can be found in her front yard garden, on the tennis court, or spending time with her family. Wendy Bright-Fallon has a pantry overflowing with well-used cookbooks and tattered old recipes from her mother and grandmother.
