Elizabeth E. Houser, M.D. is a board certified urologist, and author, whose mission is to improve the lives of men and women by educating them about pelvic health. Dr. Houser graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio School of Medicine in 1987, and completed her urology residency at the same facility in 1993. She practiced urology in Austin Texas for 18 years, and now spends her time writing and speaking about the holistic approach to pelvic health. She co-authored the book "A Woman's Guide to Pelvic Health", John Hopkins University Press, 2012, and is the author of several medical book chapters, scientific journal articles, and articles for popular press magazines.
