Biography I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, Caretta, West Virginia and Brooklyn, NY-watching the Jetsons, reading the Space Cadets and Isaac Asimov. I have always been involved in technology- from my first job at Att, my training on Mainframe computers before PC's even existed! I have established a non-profit organization called PC WorkShop Inc. that does remedial teaching with age appropriate and fun software at community centers I have an affinity for Technical Support. My previous jobs include Tech support at Time Warner Cable at Best Buy Geek Squad Plus More. I Majored in Computer Operations and Programming. I have Comptia Net+ Certification and A+ training. I am Working on at least one Apple Certification. I wish I knew a lot more!
