Jennylynd James is an artist, writer, vocalist, and food scientist all in one package. She graduated with a Ph.D. in food science at McGill University, Canada and worked in this field for over 15 years in Florida, California, Ireland, and Canada. While living in Ireland she ran a food business, but when the Irish economy crashed on the heels of a worldwide recession, Jennylynd packed up and relocated to Canada. Jennylynd lives in Bloor West Village, Toronto where she has embraced self expression in art, music, and writing.
