Their unusual vessel of choice is a large ocean going tugboat. Accomplishing the mission leads them into a gun battle with a NVA patrol boat and a number of other unexpected dangers which must be overcome. This story was inspired by the true adventure of an American man living on Guam.

L'autore:

Born and raised on the Texas Gulf Coast, Jerry Gatch is a veteran of the Vietnam War. During eight years of Army service, he was also assigned to Okinawa, Hawaii and Taiwan. As a licensed CPA in civilian life, Jerry lived and worked for many years on Guam and other beautiful islands in Micronesia. He has completed financial analysis projects in the Philippines, Japan and Malaysia. He is an amateur historian of WWII in the Pacific, the Vietnam War and Tinian North Field which launched the atomic bombs. This is his first novel.
