A resident to New York State since a young girl, Erika Sten graduated from Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, New York, with an associate's degree in liberal arts. She went on to complete her education and attended Utica College of Syracuse University in Utica, New York. It was there that she earned a bachelor of arts degree in English. As a great appreciator of literature, her own love of books continues and now includes Sweetie Pie Song Bird. This compilation of poetry is Erika Sten's first published work.
