Brendan Baker grew up in Oak Park, IL and Brownsville, TX. After completing degrees in medieval history and law, he practiced as an attorney for several years while writing his first novel. When not working, he enjoys listening to loud music, seeing as many movies as humanly possible, and daydreaming about becoming a scientist. Baker lives with his family in Denver, CO.
