Author Vic Geraci is the Food and Wine Historian at the University of California, Berkeley Regional Oral History Office. He received his doctorate from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1997 and has served as an Associate Professor of History at Central Connecticut State University. He has also researched and wrote about Connecticut Forestry practices.
