L'autore:
Liz Caskey is an American food, wine, and travel writer; business owner; cook and sommelier; television production freelancer. She is the founder and co-founder of Liz Caskey Culinary and Wine Experiences in Santiago, a travel design firm specializing exclusively in food, wine, and cooking-focused journeys in Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay. Francisco Ramirez is a Visual Artist who freelances as a professional photographer. His work has appeared in Celebrated Living, Sherman's Travel, and IN Magazine, among others. He is co-founder of the Liz Caskey Culinary and Wine Tours.
