He resides in Minnesota with his wife of thirty-three years, Mary Ann, and is the father of two children, Jon and Steven (Chip). He is the author of two other books, High-Impact Church Boards and Live Like You Mean It. T. J.’s passion is to see God’s people be all that they can be.
