Marianne Ojo, LLM, PhD, has a BSc Econs in Accounting and Finance and Law, an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and her PhD at Oxford Brookes University. Ojo has published a total of more than 80 internationally peer-reviewed books, ISI accredited journal articles, book chapters, and conference proceedings papers. She currently works as a post-doctoral researcher as well as a university lecturer and visiting scholar at the University of Heidelberg. Her previous academic commitments include insolvency and research work at Lessing Trebing Bert, Frankfurt; Research Fellow at the Center for European Law and Politics University of Bremen; and teaching associate and graduate teaching assistant at Oxford Brookes University.
