Michael Head is Professor of Law at Western Sydney University. He is the author of numbers of books on public law and legal theory, includingCrimes Against the State: From Treason to Terrorism, Calling Out the Troops – the Australian Military and Civil Unrest: The legal and constitutional issues andEvgeny Pashukanis: A critical reappraisal. Scott Mann is Associate Professor in the School of Law at Western Sydney University. He has written several books, includingPsychoanalysis and Society, Heart of a Heartless World: Religion as ideology andEconomics, Business Ethics and Law. He was co-editor of Transnational Governance: Emerging models of global legal regulation.Ingrid Matthews is a Lecturer with the School of law and Researcher at the Institute for Culture and Society at Western Sydney University. She was the 2007 recipient of the NSW Bar Association Human Rights Law Prize.
