L'autore:

Gordon Linney was born in Dublin in 1939. Ordained in 1969, he served curacies in Northern Ireland before returning to the Liberties and St Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin. He later served as rector of Glenageary before being appointed Archdeacon of Dublin in 1988. He retired in 2004. His wife Helen died in 2015. They have three grown-up children. He has been a regular contributor to radio and television programmes and has many publications to his credit.
