L'autore
Detlef Heise-Flecken is a coach for the German Alps Association. He organizes climbing trips and is a trecking tour guide. He has a huge experience which came from a year-long practice in rock climbing, sports climbing, bouldering and mountain trecking.
Gabi Flecken is a Professor for Sports and Kinetic Sciences at the University of Duisbur-Essen, Germany. She installed climbing as a training program, teaching her students the manifold possibilities which this sport offers.
