<span><span>Phil Chadwick left the Post Office in September 2012 having spent much of his 30 years there elected to represent the Communication Workers Union in both local and regional capacities. Since leaving he has trained to be a workplace mediator and carries out mediations on a voluntary basis in Devon with the Devon Mediation Service. He lives in Exeter, UK.</span></span>
