This is the second edition of the highly popular Veloce Publishing book, How to Illustrate and Design Concept Cars, written by Adrian Dewey. As Adrian Dewey notes, 'The automobile seems to be as popular now as it ever was. Posters of cars still adorn many a child's bedroom wall, and school exercise books are full of doodles of cars.' He first wrote this book back in 2009 and it was reprinted three times up to 2016. It was then time for an updated edition which is just hitting the bookstores now. Nearly all the drawings in this volume are modern cars other than those in the introduction and scatters throughout that include images of a Datsun 240Z, a Jaguar XKE, a Ferrari Testarosa and the class 250 GTO, a 1968 and '69 Dodge Charger, a Mini, a Volkswagen Beetle, a 1957 Lincoln Premier, a seventies English Ford Escort, a Ford custom coupe and the Alfa Romeo Carabo concept car from 1968. Adrian Dewey spent most of his childhood drawing cars. On leaving school he went on to study Product Design, and later Transport Design. He has taught presentation techniques and sold his artwork worldwide for a number of years.  Adrian has also designed concept cars for independent sports car companies, magazines and websites, as well as Formula 1 concept design work for books, and is a featured design expert on a marker pen suppliers’ website.
