Gently, as his tired limbs relax, he looks into an unmoving and timeless room, where the things of memory and the strictly practical merge. Leaving behind the stifling chaos of the city in which he has spent most of his adult life, Steve visits his mother for the first time in many years, in the tranquil woodlands of Seven Lakes, Canada. Neglected memories fill the small wooden cabin in which he grew up, and wait for him in the forest beyond.
