L'autore:
Rosie Mayglothling represented Great Britain in the women's eight at the 1975 World Rowing championships. She went on to compete in four additional World Rowing championships, and at the 1980 Moscow Olympics. In 1983, she was appointed as England's national coach, and in 2001 she became the technical coordinator for British rowing.
