<p><strong>Dr Frederick Rudolph Stapelberg</strong> is a registered professional engineer, also holding a Doctorate in Business Administration. He is currently Director for the engineering consultancy Industrial Consulting Services (ICS). In addition, Dr Stapelberg is Adjunct Professor to the Centre for Infrastructure Engineering and Management at Griffith University, Queensland, Australia and is a member of the executive management team for the Cooperative Research Centre for Integrated Engineering Asset Management.</p>
