The current educational agenda identifies learner wellbeing as the key determinant in achievement and outcome. How the learning environment is designed can have a huge impact on wellbeing. L'autore
Kirstie Andrew-Power is Head of Achievement at the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust and formerly a school leader in two secondary schools. Kirstie leads the 'Every Child Achieves' network of over 700 schools focusing on enabling schools to maximize outcomes for every learner. Charlotte Gormley is Deputy Head teacher at The Compton School and leads developments with teaching and learning including a focus on environments for learning. She is also responsible for raising standards in the core subjects and maximizing new technologies to impact on learning.
