Dr Patrizia Collard is a stress management consultant and psychotherapist. A lecturer in psychotherapy at the University of East London, she also offers private therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, pain management and addiction and runs courses in Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). She lived in Hong Kong and China for nine years, where she developed a uniquely holistic approach, studying Taoism, Buddhism, energy work and yoga.
