She established Exploring Parenthood, a national support service for parents in the United Kingdom, before becoming the inaugural chief psychotherapist at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. She is currently the director of the Centre for Child and Family Development in Melbourne.Vicki Anderson is a psychology professor at the University of Melbourne and a clinical neuropsychologist at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.Tim Godber is a psychology professor at LaTrobe University in Australia.
