Annabel Lewis Is founder of V V Rouleaux, the essential emporium for anyone wishing to purchase ribbons, trims, tassels, lace and braids (‘rouleaux’ is French for the inner roll of ribbon and ‘’V V’ stands for very, very good). Sourcing her wonderful stock worldwide, Annabel has built up an enviable portfolio, an archive of incomparable designs, including her own, for silky ribbons in hundreds of hues, bullions, gimps, tiebacks, tassels, beaded trims and flowers. In 2003 V V Rouleaux was awarded first prize for its Grosgrain collection in the Homes & Gardens Awards. Since launching in 1990, the company has grown from a niche in a North London shop to the most creative passementerie company in Europe, with two retail shops in the UK. V V Rouleaux offers professional designers, decorators and businesses an inexhaustible range of adornment and puts its treasured material at the disposal of everyone.
